post/25869089530 made me lose a lot of respect for you. It's not like that. It's not something you can control so easily. And yes, 'fat' is a feeling. Just because you haven't felt it, well, then you're lucky, but that doesn't mean it's not real.
There is no emotion called fat. Yes, I have felt fat before. But often times, it isn’t because I feel fat. It’s stemmed from something else, and using the word fat just covers up what you’re actually feeling. THIS is what drives you to the extreme point of an ED. Not because you feel fat, but because you haven’t developed a way to actually realize that you aren’t feeling fat. You are feeling sad, or tired, and angry. And once again, if you put your mind to it, you CAN do anything. I understand that it’s not easy to change your mindset. It’s not easy to fight against your own self. But to every single person out there: you ARE strong enough. Your health, your body, yourself is WORTH fighting for. And remember: ‘fat’ is NOT an emotion. Figure out what is really driving you to feel like it is, and you can fix it. I apologize if I offended you, but this is my clarification to what I was thinking when I reblogged that post.
